Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Contact us with the information about the product that you wish to buy or you wish our artists to commision for you and we will get back to you as soon as possible, you can also use our mailto forms to contact us about the products in question.

 

Please note that because we are an "Internet Mail Order Only" group we cannot guarantee that all items listed on this site are in stock. We try to maintain stocks of all items that we list (unless otherwise stated), but if we are out of stock of an item we will do our best to get a restock as quickly as possible.

 

We accept credit and debit card payment through PayPal. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency for your statements.

 

We accept all major credit cards. We charge automatically for any item and will dispatch as soon as possible. Backordered items will be charged and refunds for backorders will be given automatically if the order is cancelled. If you have one of our artists doing commision based work backorders do not apply.

Commision based work will ask for a % of the money to start the work(artists discresion) and on completion the rest of the monies will be concluded and change hands. All commision based work will have e-mail contracts for legal reasons.

We will never ask that customers use email for credit card information.
Shipping And Handling Our postage & Packing charges are as follows : Within UK we charge 10% (minimum charge 80p, maximum £7.50 unless item is a Specialist Item, these are listed as Specialist, these P&P prices Vary), the rest of Europe we charge 20%, and the rest of the World we charge 50%. Please note that orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to Customs charges and/or import taxes. If you are in doubt as to whether these charges will apply to you please check with your country's customs before placing an order.
Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order right away. Orders within the UK are generally received within two to three working days, International orders are generally received in seven working days (usually four or five days within Europe).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you (unless you hear from us to the contrary). You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is included in the price where applicable. For orders being sent outside the European Union this charge can sometimes be waived (usually depending on the weight of the goods). Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using one of our online services.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We like our customers to be pleased with their purchases, and will replace or exchange any item with which you are not fully satisfied within a period of 30 days as long as the item is returned to us in saleable condition. This may not be applicable to commision based work.

Privacy Policy
Cainite Games do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping once you have selected an item.  Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and full fill customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund your money, provided you contact us within seven days of receiving your order. This may not be applicable to commision based work.

 

Before returning unsatisfactory goods please contact us.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Cainite Games is not responsible for costs incurred in returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.

 

Cainite Games reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.

 

Our Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
